Our New Inspire Project

Business Office Solutions CIC (BOS) has launched the new exciting INSPIRE project, funded by the Black Country ESF Community Grant. The aim of the project is to help women feel more confident and have a greater opportunity in the labour market.

What you CAN EXPECT

Our INSPIRE project (July 2019 – January 2020) aims to support 25 unemployed and disadvantaged women through tailored 1-2-1 and group support, and informal and accredited training and employability.  We provide informal softer skills training and employment skills during the five day course (10am – 1pm),  which include Craft Sessions, Confidence Building ‘Acting workshop’ sessions, British Sign Language, IT Training, CV building and much more.

vOLUNTEERING & tRAINING

As part of INSPIRE we also offer clients volunteering opportunities, work placements and accredited training courses including Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 and Entry Level 3 Online basics ITQ. 

PREVIOUS SUCCESSES

BOS has previously delivered two other successful Black Country ESF Community grants projects, Step-Up and Time2Shine. These projects supported a total of 96 unemployed or economically inactive beneficiaries to develop skills and move closer to the employment market.
